• Mrs. Busola Jejelowo was appointed to the Board of Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers Limited on 16 October 2023.
• Mrs. Jejelowo is the Chief Executive (Designate), of Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, having previously served as Executive Director, Business Development of the Company. Prior to that, she was Executive Director, Investment Management Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited. Mrs. Jejelowo served as Head, Wealth and Investment division of the Company with broad responsibilities for managing Stanbic IBTC’s Wealth and Investment clients and for developing and delivering a coordinated client value proposition.
• Mrs. Jejelowo was also the Executive Director, Sales for Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers Limited from September 2011 to August 2014. She also served as Head, Sales Trading for SISL and Divisional Head, Dealing and Chief Dealer in Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited from 2005 to 2007. Mrs. Jejelowo has also worked for Zenith Securities in 2005 as a Financial Controller and in Lead Capital as a Private Banker from 2004 to 2005.
• She joined Stanbic IBTC in 2005 and has over 19 years of cognate experience spanning Investment Banking, Investment Management, Capital Market Operations, and other financial services.
• She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
